2. Log in using the credentials we've provided (an email and password).
3. Navigate to the ModelWiz section conveniently located in the sidebar.
4. Dive into seamless translation options, whether it's Text-to-Text or File-to-File.
To ensure a seamless and successful experience with ModelWiz on the Alocai Platform, please review the following information:
Generative AI Enhancement:
When accessing the translator, you will see a toggle enabled by default. The reason for this is to provide the highest output quality thanks to our integration of MT (Machine Translation) with Generative AI for output enhancement. However, from the toggle, you can disable the integration. When doing it, you will get an output from ModelWiz "generic" models instead.
If your project is already customized, all previously integrated prompts will also be disabled.
File Preparation:
When translating from spreadsheet files, ensure to remove all columns and tabs, retaining only the column containing the content for translation. The first row won't be translated since it is considered as the column title.
Processing Time:
Translation on the Alocai Platform may take several minutes depending on the batch size. We recommend uploading batches of no more than 150 sentences at a time to prevent server timeouts. Please refrain from closing the window during the translation process.
Multilanguage Translation:
For translation from English to multiple target languages, follow these steps:

Supported formats include .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, and .txt.
Post-Edition:
Please note that the translation output is not editable on the Alocai Platform. If you need to incorporate ModelWiz into your localization workflows, utilize it through our machine translation plugin on MemoQ.

You will only be invoiced for the total words translated from your account. Any changes to our pricing or the introduction of additional costs will be communicated in advance, providing you with complete cost transparency.
Support:
We manage all aspects of customizing your models and offer guidance on potential GPT prompts to enhance your content's translation. If needed, we can schedule a call to find the most cost-effective solution tailored to your requirements.
When uploading large volumes of content, not only there's a risk of our Alocai servers' timeout, but additional errors could occur concerning our integration with Generative AI models, which relies on OpenAI performance. These are some of the incidents that could occur:
429 - Rate limit reached for requests
Cause: You have hit a rate limit.
Solution: Pace your requests.
We recommend to reduce your batch size to 150 sentences maximum.
429 - The engine is currently overloaded. Please try again later.
Cause: OpenAI servers are experiencing high traffic.
Solution: Please retry your requests after a brief wait.

500 - The server had an error while processing your request.
Cause: Issue on OpenAI servers.
